Die Lösung für industrielle Stärke

Die warmgewalzten Bleche von Outokumpu, – Quarto- oder Grobbleche, – sind für zusätzliche Materialstärke oder größere Abmessungen die ideale Lösung. Dadurch, dass die Produktion von der Schmelze bis zum Markt überblickt wird, sind überlegene Qualität und pünktliche Lieferung gewährleistet. Einzeln gewalzte Quartobleche können individuell angepasst und das Material vorgefertigt geliefert werden (vorpoliert, mit Kantenvorbereitung und Riffelung). NORSOK-zugelassene Güten von Outokumpu-Quartoblechen (Duplexgüten Forta  DX 2205, Super Duplex Forta SDX 2507 und Forta SDX 100 sowie superaustenitische  Ultra  6XN und Ultra 254 SMO (auch als 6Mo-Typen bezeichnet) sind für die Verwendung in der Öl- und Gasindustrie  geeignet.

 

Kompetenz in der Produktion

Mehr als 60 Edelstahlsorten werden in Dicken von bis zu 110 mm und Breiten von bis zu 3.200 mm in unserer hochmodernen Blechproduktionsanlage in Degerfors, Schweden, hergestellt. Noch größere Materialstärken sind auf Anfrage erhältlich. Dort führt eine tiefgreifende Branchenkompetenz zu einem Quartoblech mit außergewöhnlicher Planheit und Oberflächenqualität.

Therma 310S/4865 is an austenitic product with very good oxidation resistance in general and good oxidation resistance in mildly cyclic conditions that is best employed in temperatures up to 1050°C/1920°F. There is a slight susceptibility to embrittlement during continuous operation between 600–900°C/1110–1652°F.
