Gezielte Eigenschaften für einen maßgeschneiderten Ansatz

Unser warmgewalztes Coil, (Spalt)Band und Blech bieten außergewöhnliche Vielseitigkeit und werden in nahezu allen Branchen und Märkten eingesetzt. Neben Blech stellen wir auch Quartoblech her, das in Dicken bis 130 mm erhältlich ist. Warmgewalztes Coil, (Spalt)Band und Blech sind in einer Vielzahl von hitze- und korrosionsbeständigen Güten in allen Formen von Edelstahl erhältlich: austenitisch, ferritisch, duplex  und martensitisch. Das resultierende Material ist hervorragend zu verarbeiten und zu 100 % recycelbar.


Kompetenz in der Produktion

Wir sind einer der wenigen Edelstahlhersteller, der Tafeln und Bleche in Breiten von bis zu zwei Metern (72”) liefern kann. Wir bieten Standardbreiten (1.000, 1.250 und 1.500 mm) in einer Vielzahl verschiedener Dicken und Güten sowie den breitesten verfügbaren Dickenbereich (von 2,4 mm bis 12,7 mm). Maßgeschneiderte Abmessungen sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Engagiert für gleichbleibende Qualität produzieren wir warmgewalzte Blechprodukte mit geringen Eigenspannungen. Ein fortschrittlicher Richtprozess bietet überragende Planheit für verschiedene Anwendungen.

Unsere warmgewalzten Produkte sind in 1/1D-Oberflächen erhältlich. Sie sind warmgewalzt, wärmebehandelt und gebeizt. Wir bieten auch eine halbkaltgewalzte 1/2E-Oberflächenbeschaffenheit RAP®2E an. Es handelt sich hierbei um eine relativ raue, kugelgestrahlte Oberfläche in Kaltbandtoleranzen, jedoch mit einer geringeren Rauheit als ein 1/1D-Oberfläche. RAP®2E ist in austenitischen und ferritischen Güten erhältlich.

Core 304L/4307
