Attribute

Präzisionsband

Präzisionsband wird in einer Vielzahl von Standard- und Spezial-Edelstahlgüten hergestellt. Die häufigsten Güten sind austenitisch  und ferritisch. Martensitisch  ausscheidungshärtende (PH, precipitation hardenening) Edelstahl-Präzisionsbänder Dura 6908 (auch als Ultrafort 1.6908 bekannt) sind ebenfalls erhältlich. Duplex-Güten  sind auf Anfrage erhältlich.

Alle unsere Produkte werden in genau definierten Toleranzen bezogen auf Zugfestigkeit, Ebenheit, Oberflächentextur und mehr hergestellt. Die Produktabmessungen reichen von 3 bis weniger als 650 mm Breite und von 0,05 bis 1,5 mm Dicke.

Präzisionsband aus Edelstahl von Outokumpu ist mit geprägten Oberflächen, entgrateten Kanten, vollständig abgerundeten Kanten, als aufgewickeltes Material, Endlosband und verzinkt erhältlich.

 

Kompetenz in der Produktion

Wir bieten unseren Kunden Präzisionsbandprodukte, die nach genau definierten Toleranzen in Zugfestigkeit, Planheit, Oberflächenbeschaffenheit und mehr hergestellt werden. Die besonderen Eigenschaften des Präzisionsbandes können auf bestimmte Anwendungen ausgerichtet werden, einschließlich Streckgrenze, Zugfestigkeit, Korngröße und sogar Isotropie.

Elektroschlacke-Umschmelzmaterial (ESR, Electroslag Remelted) wird verwendet, wenn besonders reiner Edelstahl erforderlich ist. Für hohe Festigkeit und optimierte Federeigenschaften ist das Edelstahl-Präzisionsband in einer Vielzahl von Designs und Ausführungen erhältlich.

Die Verfügbarkeit bestimmter Oberflächenausführungen und Abmessungen hängt vom Werkstoff ab.

 

Lieferformen

Coils mit einem Innendurchmesser von 200, 300, 400 und 500 mm,  abhängig von Bandbreite und Dicke. Andere Coildurchmesser auf Anfrage. Coilgewicht bis 10 kg/mm Bandbreite. Kann auf Anfrage auch auf Haspeln geliefert werden.

 

Toleranzen

Breiten- und Dickentoleranzen nach EN 10258 (vormals DIN 59381). Engere Toleranzen können vereinbart werden.

Core 304L/4307

Core 304L/4307 is a low-carbon alternative to Core 304/4301. The lower carbon content minimizes carbide precipitation as a result of heat input, for example during welding, giving improved resistance against intergranular corrosion. Core 441/4509

A nickel-free 17% chromium ferritic stainless steel grade with good corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength was originally designed for exhaust systems.
