Based in Richburg, South Carolina, US, Outokumpu Stainless Bar (OSB) specializes in stainless steel long products. OSB uses feedstock from Outokumpu’s European Long Products units to produce an impressive range of peeled bars, cold-drawn bars and rebar. It can also provide material with melt made in Americas.
The Richburg facility manufactures bar products in a comprehensive selection of round, square and hex bars, rebar and wire rod.
OSB’s offering includes products with special qualities, such as Prodec for superior machinability, available in 303, 304L, 316L and 17-4PH and grades from Moda, Supra, Ultra, Forta, Dura and Therma ranges.
Outokumpu is able to offer full range of rebar products, including rebar in coils and cut-to-lengths. The Richburg facility has unique capabilities to cover a full range of rebar dimensions between sizes #3 and #8 (from 6 mm to 25.4 mm) and lengths up to 60 feet, with short lead times for the North American market.
Richburg products are suitable for end-customer segments including automotive, aerospace, oil & gas, construction and chemical processing.
